Brandon Martinez is a creative director and filmmaker born and raised in Los Angeles, now dividing his time between Los Angeles and New York. Inspired by 1970s cinema, his work introduces poetic narratives with a natural simplicity, emphasizing expression and emotion over style.

In 2000, Martinez founded ColourMovie, an award-winning creative studio that has spent twenty-five years merging filmmaking and creative direction to produce work that is emotionally resonant across fashion, entertainment, and hospitality. Clients include National Geographic, Hello Sunshine, CNN, Netflix, HBO, and A24.

Martinez has spoken and lectured at Art Center College of Design, General Assembly, AIGA, and Hyundai's Ignite Lecture Series.
